Laundry Notice

  • Special items require assessment: Special materials, oversized items, special structures, premium fabrics, designer goods, leather, suede, wool, silk, special coatings, fine embroidery, beads, sequins, metal parts, special buttons, accessories, or decorations will be assessed by actual condition, material characteristics, difficulty, and risk.
  • Please disclose special conditions: Special stains, stubborn stains, dyeing, color transfer, color loss, fading, shrinkage, deformation, glue separation, cracking, damage, material aging, or previous self-treatment should be mentioned at intake.
  • Special handling fees: If special cleaning, stain removal, pressing, drying, staged handling, repeated handling, or outsourced handling is required, a special handling fee may apply, usually NT$100 to NT$300. Larger size, special material, severe stains, complex procedures, or higher-risk items will be quoted separately.
  • Confirmation before handling: Before processing, we will contact customers by phone, LINE, or other methods to explain the recommended method, possible fees, and related risks. Processing begins only after customer approval.
  • Discount exclusions: Special handling fees, separately quoted items, special materials, special sizes, special stains, high-risk handling, designer goods, leather, suede, retail cleaning products, and other non-laundry service items are not eligible for member discounts or other promotions.
  • Cleaning is not restoration or maintenance: We do not provide garment restoration or garment maintenance services. Aging, brittleness, fading, damage, and material changes may not be reversible through cleaning. For tears, loose seams, hemming, or other mending needs, we can help arrange seamstress assessment; feasibility and pricing are subject to the seamstress quote.
